Familia Torres doneert 30.000 beschermende gezichtsmaskers. De donatie kwam van de Familia Torres Foundation. De maskers werden geleverd door bemiddeling van de Chinese dochteronderneming van het bedrijf.

Almost half of the masks – 14,500 – were donated to the Consorci Sanitari de l’Alt Penedès Garraf (the healthcare consortium serving the Alt Penedès and Garraf areas) to thank the medical staff for their hard work; with the collaboration of this entity, another 14,500 masks were distributed to twelve nursing homes through the social health team that coordinates them and the NGO Aldeas Infantiles SOS. The Mas Albornà occupational center for people with disabilities, an organization the winery collaborates with regularly, and the Familia Torres retiree association received 500 masks.
Familia Torres has also put its technological resources at the service of healthcare professionals. For almost a month now, the winery has been using its 3D printers to produce face shields as part of a local initiative bringing together individuals, companies, and organizations, and supported by the Vilafranca city council. This team of makers has already produced 1,800 units, which have covered the needs of healthcare workers at several centers in Vilafranca and across the county.
